Ingredients:


1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1/3 cup karo syrup

1/3 cup water

2 cups pecans

1 tablespoon butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine brown sugar, white sugar, karo syrup and water, and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until soft ball stage. (Drop a small amount in cold water to form soft ball). Remove from heat and add butter. Beat until milky color. Add nuts and drop by spoonsfull onto wax paper.
