Preparation / Directions:
Use a candy mold that is fairly deep (not a flat lollypop mold). Note: You can use a lollypop candy mold that has density, but just leave out the stick.
Fill the mold with melted, chocolate compound. Let sit for 5 minutes. Pour out the liquid contents that has not solidified into a pan that is lined with waxed paper. (When this poured-out mixture has solidified, it can be removed from the waxed paper and remelted). Place in freezer for a few minutes. Remove from freezer. Refill with more melted, chocolate compound. Let sit for 5 minutes. Pour out the contents. Place in freezer to solidify. Remove the candy pieces from the molds. To serve: Fill with scoops of orange sherbert. Place chocolate chips for the eyes and nose onto the sherbert.. Cut strips of black liquorice for the mouth. Add a piece of green gum drop for the stem.
