Sugar-Free, Low Carb Chocolate Kisses

If you're on a Low Carb diet and are craving something sweet, try this recipe on for size. It can cure a chocolate craving in a hurry and you'll still stay on your diet.


2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 dash liquid Stevia* *a naturally sweet food supplement sold in health food stores
2 packages artificial sweetener of choice

Preparation / Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and use a pastry bag and decorating tip (if you're in a hurry, you can also use a spoon, they just won't look as decorative) to make "kiss sized" drops on a baking sheet covered in plastic wrap. Freezer for at least 20 minutes before serv
