Winter Strawberries

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups finely chopped grated pecans -- (or walnuts)

1 1/2 cups finely grated coconut

3 packages strawberry Jello (3 ounces)

14 ounces Eagle brand sweetened condensed

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup red sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients (except red sugar). Mix well, chill for 1 hour. Then form mixture into strawberry shapes and roll in red sugar to coat. Make green leaves with green icing that comes in tube or can from grocery.
