White Candy

Ingredients:

2 large egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
 

Preparation / Directions:

Heat oven to 300 degrees, beat egg whites until foamy, add sugar and beat until stiff, stir in nuts and chocolate chips, drop by teaspoon on large cookie sheet. Place in oven, cut oven off, leave candy in oven overnight.
