Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:


1 cup flour

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup margarine -- softened

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 large egg

6 ounces chocolate chips

---GLAZE---

1/3 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons peanut butter

3 teaspoons milk -- ( up to 5-Tbsp)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 350 degrees; 13" X 9" pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips, at low speed on mixer until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips immediately. Let stand 5 minutes, then spread evenly. In small bowl combine glaze ingredients, drizzle over chocolate frosting. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
