7 ounces marshmallows
1/3 Cup butter
2 tablespoons water
1 pound white chocolate
1 bunch coloured sugar crystals
1 bunch lollies to decorate

Preparation / Directions:

Put two pieces of baking paper in a square tray 19 centimeters (I have no clue on the conversion!) deep. Put the marshmallows, butter and water in a small pot. Put it on the stove, turn it to low and stir 'til marshmallows are melted. While you are waiting, break the chocolate into a small bowl. Add the chocolate to the melted marshmallows and stir over low heat until the mixture becomes thick. Use a spatula to pour the mixture into the tray. (Try to scrape it all out.) Sprinkle the sugar crystals on top of the mixture. Use your hands to lightly pat it down. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the mixture is set. Use the baking paper to lift the fudge from the tray. Using a biscuit cutter, cut a shape from the block, starting at the corner. Decorate the shapes with lollies if you want to.
