1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk -- (not reconstituted)
1/2 teaspoon orange rind -- grated
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup almonds -- chopped

Preparation / Directions:

Makes 1 dozen 1. Whip honey and milk together; mix in remaining ingredients. 2. Form into balls and roll in additional coconut. 3. Chill; store in refrigerator. NOTE: For chocolate version, melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate over hot water and mix with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Combine with honey, milk, coconut and almonds. Omit orange rind After mixing ingredients, press candy out on a buttered dish and put dish in freezer for about 5 minutes to harden.
