1 pound butter (do not substitute)
1 pound light brown sugar
6 bars Hershey bars
1 Cup Chopped almonds or pecans

Preparation / Directions:

Cook: 1 lb butter and 1 lb light brown sugar to 300° Butter a cake roll pan (15 x 10) - sprinkle chopped almonds or pecans on bottom of pan. Pour butter mixture over this. Break up Hershey bars on top and spread evenly as it melts. Sprinkle more chopped almonds or pecans on top. Cool completely and break into pieces. note* Candy is not ready to break into pieces until chocolate is completely hard.
