Preparation / Directions:

Melt a large package (12 ounce) of chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering (gently bubbling) water. Let cool. Stir in 3/4 cup salted peanuts, 3/4 cup raisins and 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop chocolate mixture one teaspoon at a time onto cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Makes about 2 dozen candies.
