50 medium maraschino cherries -- drained

3/4 cup brandy

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons corn syrup -- white

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups confectioners sugar -- sifted

1 1/2 pounds dipping chocolate

1. Pour brandy over drained cherries; let set for 2 days. 2. Combine butter, corn syrup and salt; blend until smooth. Add sifted powdered sugar and mix well.
