Ingredients:

1 package chocolate chips -- (12 oz.)
1 stick oleo
1/2 Cup nuts -- (optional)
1 package colored mini-marshmallows -- (optional)
1/2 Cup flaked coconut
 

Preparation / Directions:

Melt chocolate chips and oleo in double boiler. In bowl put colored mini-marshmallows and nuts if desired. Mix all together. Spread foil with flaked coconut. Roll mixture into log shapes covering in coconut. Chill and slice. Looks great on a holiday tray of cookies.
