Butterscotch-Coconut Candy

Ingredients:


2 packages powdered sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1/2 cup margarine

1 can flaked coconut

1 package butterscotch chips

1 package paraffin

1 cup pecan halves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar, milk, margarine and coconut together and form into small balls. Place in the refrigerator for several hours. Remove and dip into melted butterscotch. Melt the chips in a double boiler with the paraffin. Dip the candy rapidly and top with pecan halves. Chocolate chips may be substituted for the butterscotch chips.
