Butterscotch Chews

Ingredients:


1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup nuts (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the melted butter, brown sugar and egg. Combine dry ingredients and stir into butter mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 325'F for 35 minute
