Ingredients:

300 grams Self raising flour

300 grams Caster sugar

6 large eggs

1 teaspoon Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wisk or blender. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for between 40 and 60 minutes. Thats it.
