A perfect cake for those with a lemony taste.
 

Ingredients:

200 grams self raising flour
75 grams block margarine
75 grams sugar
1 large egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
40 grams lemon curd
35 grams choc chips
 

Preparation / Directions:

Sive flour into bowl, chop butter into cubes and rub into flour using fingers, add sugar and mix together then add the choc chipsand mix in and the egg after and do the same keep mixing adding one table spoon of water or lemon juice each time you mix once. Put mixture on greeced baking tray in seven equel parts and add lemon curd to top.

 

Nutritional Information:

Very lemony and sweet 35% fat.
