Chocolate Flan Cake with Caramel Pecan glaze

1 package Chocolate cake mix
3 large eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup caramel sauce or (Cajeta)
1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10 inch bundt pan. In a bowl, mix chocolate cake mix as instructed on box. Pour in greased pan. In a separate bowl mix eggs, and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over cake mix. Bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove and place on wire rack to cool. Insert a knife around the sides of the pan to loosen well. When baking, egg and milk mixture, it will go to bottom of cake. Once cooled and out of the pan, the top portion of your cake will be the egg mixture (FLAN) and the bottom will be the chocolate cake. Pour caramel (cajeta) over it and sprinkle on the chopped pecans. Enjoy!!!
