Danators Cheese Cake

This is an excellent style cheesecake, Creamy and rich,and easy to bake.


---For crust:
1 cup graham crumbs
1/2 cup toasted pecans chopped
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
---For the Filling:
48 ounces Cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Vanilla
3 large eggs
1/3 cup sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

For crust, mix Graham Crumbs,pecans,sugar, and butter,Put into 9 1/2 in springform pan pat down ,Put inot refridgerator while mixing Filling. For the filling, Bring all items to room Temperature, Mix on a stand mixer Cream cheese, addVanilla,3/4-cup sugar, Scrape sides,add eggs, one at a time,at the lowest speed add sour cream,pour into springform pan, wrap pan in aluminum foil, Place in a water bath, bake at 300 degrees 1 hour,50 minute,remove to cooling rack . cool 1 hour refridgerate over night,next day unmold,bring to room temperature just before serving.
