Zucchini cake

Ingredients:


1/2 Cup margarine

1/2 cup veg. oil (beat till fluffy)

1 2/3 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 Cup flour

1/4 Cup cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Cup zucchini shredded

1 Cup chocolate chips (add to above)

1/2 Cup chopped nuts(opt.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


pour into greased 13x9 pan and bake 35min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
