3 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 package powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation / Directions:

Sift the above ingredients together 4 times. Add 1 1/2 cups oil or melted shortening; 4 eggs, mix together well and add 2 cups mashed pumpkin. Mix together well. Pour into two 9" or 10" cake pans. Bake at 350~F. for about 35 minutes. ICING: Add cream (you judge amount) and beat until you can spread it.
