Pina Colada Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
11 ounces can of mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 Cup oil
4 large eggs
1/2 Cup coconut
1 packages Vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.), dry
20 ounces can of crushed pineapple, undrained
9 ounces container of Cool Whip
1/2 Cup coconut

Preparation / Directions:

Mix the following together the cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil, eggs, and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool cake. Frost. For frosting: Blend pudding mix and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and coconut. Frost cake and refrigerate.
