1 1/2 Cups oil
3 large eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon soda
2 Cups pears
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation / Directions:

Combine eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well and add vanilla. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, and sugar together. Add to egg mixture. Mix in pears and pecans. Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°. Cool in pan 20 minutes before removing from pan.
