Ingredients:


---cake---

1 package yellow cake mix

1 package lemon or orange jello -- dry

3/4 cup water

4 large eggs

3/4 cup cooking oil

---topping---

1/3 cup lemon juice or orange juice

1 cup confectioners sugar -- or more
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cake: Beat first 4 ingredients together about 4 minutes. Add oil and beat 1 minute more. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Topping: While cake is still warm, punch holes in cake with fork and drizzle well mixed mixture over top. Store in cold cut keeper or snack stor.
