Ingredients:

---Cake
2 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups f lour
2 teaspoons baking dosa
20 Ounces crushed pineapple undrained
3 1/2 Ounces flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
---Icing
8 ounces cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. For cake,beat together eggs and sugar.Sift together flour and baking soda Add to egg mixture,Add pineapple,coconut and chopped nuts.Mix well.pour into prepared pan.Bake for 35 minutes or until done. For icing.Beat together cream cheese,butter,confectioners sugar and vanilla Spread over cake.
