Grandma Evelyn's Frying Pan Cake (Like Pineapple Udcake)

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons riverview butter

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup walnuts

4 slices canned pineapple slices

1 large one egg cake batter -- see separate recipe
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium sized frying pan melt butter. Remove from stove and sprinkle the brown sugar, nuts and pineapple over the bottom of the pan. Over this pour a one-egg cake mixture. Bake in a rather slow oven (about 325 F) 30 minutes. Turn out on plate so that the nuts and pineapple will be on top. Serve with whipped cream.
