2 cups unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
9 large egg
4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
2 ounces brandy

Preparation / Directions:

Cream butter and sugar together beat in eggs, one at a time fold in flour, 1 tablespoonful at a time stir in remaining ingredients pour into 2 parchment-lined buttered loaf pans bake @ 300 degrees for 90 minutes, until golden remove from oven to cool remove from pans serve at room temperature
