Ingredients:


3 ounces bakers chocolate -- (bitter)

6 large eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon soda

1 cup whipped cream

---CHOCOLATE SAUCE---

1/2 cup butter

1 cup cream

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspoon vanilla

---boil slowly until mixture thickens.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat yolks. Add 2/3 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and soda. Add melted chocolate; fold in egg whites. Pour onto waxed paper in flat pan; bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, lay on wet towel; roll. When cold, spread with 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip; roll back up. Cover with chocolate sauce.
