Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups oil
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
1 package cream cheese frosting
 

Preparation / Directions:

Beat sugar, eggs and oil. Add grated carrots, sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold in chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F. for 35m inutes in greased 9x13" pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
