Applesauce Cake 1

Ingredients:

250 grams sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon salt
160 grams seedless raisins
100 grams butter
200 grams sugar
1 large egg
1 cup sweetened thick applesauce
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180 øC . Grease and flour 33x23x5 cm tin. 2. Sift dry ingredients. Add raisins. 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg. 4. Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce, beating well after each addition. 5. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 45 minutes. Difficulty : easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
