Apple Square Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar

3 large eggs

1 1/2 cups Oil

3 cups sliced Apples

1/2 cup Nuts

1 cup Raisins

3 1/2 cups Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Preparation / Directions:

Mix sugar, eggs, oil well. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Add apples, raisins, and nuts. Grease 9 x 13 pan and pour smooth in pan. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
