Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

3 large eggs -- well beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour -- sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 medium apples peel -- grated
1 cup walnuts -- chopped
1/2 Cup powdered sugar -- garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Fold in grated apples and walnuts. Bake in greased tube or bundt pan at 350~ for 1 hour. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
