1 cup strawberries -- sliced
1 cup mandarin oranges -- canned in their juice, drained
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt -- artificially sweetened any flavor
1/3 package angel food cake

Preparation / Directions:

Combine the strawberries, oranges, and yogurt. Stir well. Slice the angel food cake into 4 pieces, using a gentle sawing motion with a bread knife. Top each piece of cake with 1/4 of the fruit topping and serve. 4 servings/Serving size: 1 slice
