Tunnel Of Fudge Cake

Ingredients:


1 package chocolate fudge frosting mix

6 large eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups margarine

2 cups walnuts or pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cream butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy; stir in by hand the flour and frosting mix. Add nuts. Butter and sugar a 6 cup fluted pan. Cook on high for 12 minutes for fudge like topping, turning 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Cook an additional 2 minutes to be completely done, if desired. Invert on plate after standing 10 minutes.
