Ingredients:


1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

1/4 cup green onion tops -- chopped

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

2 pounds trout fillets
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter, Worcestershire, green onion tops, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a 2 cup measure. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Pour over fish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes, turning dish once as it cooks. Serves 4.
