Sweet Cajun Shrimp

1 pound shrimp -- peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup catsup

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Brush sauce over shrimp. Serve over rice with leftover sauce. Source: More Cajun Cooking, Modern Publishing, New York, NY
