Moist Low-Fat Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:


1 spray vegetable cooking spray

3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

4 large egg whites

1/3 cup unsifted flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and cocoa. In bowl, combine chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
