Low-Fat Passover Brownies

Ingredients:


8 large egg whites

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1/4 cup apple sauce,

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons orange juice

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup cake meal

2 tablespoons potato starch
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whip the eggs whites, gradually adding the sugar. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1/2 an hour. Keep an eye on it, cook only until the center is done (Check with a toothpick)
