Fat-Free Fudge Brownies 2

Ingredients:


3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour

1 cup sucanat

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 large egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients. Combine and beat wet and dry ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 in pan sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 F. for 25-30 min., or just until the edges are firm and the center is set. Cool and cut into squares.
