Ingredients:


1/2 cup raw oats

4 large egg whites

1/2 medium apples -- diced

1 tablespoons raisins

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


ALL ingredients go into a medium sized bowl. Add 1/2-1 cup of water and microwave for 2-3 minutes. (costs under two dollars) Prep: 5 minutes
