Mango Banana Bread

4 Cups All Purpose Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
5 Large Eggs
1 Cup Applesauce
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Cups Mashed Banana
2 Cups Diced Mango

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" loaf pans with waxed paper to cover sides and bottom. Combine in large bowl, flour, baking soda, salt and spices. In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in walnuts, bananas and mango. Add wet ingredients to dry until well blended. Pour into loaf pans and bake for approximately 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack before slicing.
