Strawberry-Pecan Bread

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 large eggs -- beaten

1 cup Sliced strawberries

3/4 cup Chopped pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into a well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks.
