Ingredients:

3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon peanut oil
 

Preparation / Directions:

combine dry ingredients-mix well whisk in water, then oil-mix well cover and chill before using, thin with additional water as necessary
