1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water

Preparation / Directions:

combine wheat and all purpose flours with sesame seeds and salt in a bowl-mix well make a well in the center pour in water and oil-mix well shape into a ball cover and chill for 30 minutes rollout to a thickness of 1/8-inch cut into 1x2-inch strips place on an ungreased cookie sheet bake @ 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes, until golden serve warm or at room temperature store in an airtight jar
