1 Tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
2 Tablespoons olive oil
20 Ounces pizza dough
4 cloves roasted garlic
1 medium roasted and marinated red bell pepper strips
sliced raclette or other soft cheese
1 can Morocco black olives

Preparation / Directions:

In a small saucepan bring rosemary and oil to a simmer and set aside to cool. Preheat the oven to 450┬░ree;F. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick. Use fingers to dimple top and brush with rosemary oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake on a baking sheet for 4 minutes, or until golden. Cut into wedges and serve with roasted garlic, roasted pepper strips, cheese, and olives.
