Quick Mix Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups basic wheat flour master mix
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg -- beaten
1 Cup raisins -- optional

Preparation / Directions:

Combine mix, egg, water. Mix gently with fork. Turn onto floured surface. Roll to 1/4" thickness. Spread with margarine and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon and raisins. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 1" slices. Place on greased pan. Bake in 425*F oven for 15-20 minutes.
