3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup applesauce
2 cups pumpkin
4 large egg whites -- whipped
2 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup skim milk
1 cup raisins

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine applesauce, pumpkin, egg whites, sugar, milk, and raisins. Add wet mixture to dry mixture just until moistened. Pour mixture into prepared pan(s). Bake for 1 hour and depending on pan size.
