|1 loaf loaf frozen bread dough...thawed
|1 Package pepperoni slices
|1/2 Pound provolone cheese
|1 teaspoon basil-oregano-garlic to taste
Preparation / Directions:
Roll the thawed bread dough to the size of a 13x9x2 inch pan. Sprinkle
spices to taste on
the dough. Place the pepperoni slices end to end on the dough. Cover
pepperoni with the
provolone slices. Roll the dough like a jello roll. Crimp the ends.
Place on a broiler pan and
bake @ 425 degree for 25 minutes. Watch the top of the bread...you may
also have to flip
the bread to bake the bottom of the foat for 3-5 minutes. The broiler
pan helps drain the grease.
