Onion Beer Bread

Ingredients:


3 cups self-rising flour

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

12 ounces beer -- room-temperature

2 large eggs -- beaten

3/4 cup minced onion

1 spray nonstick cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 9 servings/Serving size: 1 1-inch slice
