Ingredients:

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons bourbon -- whiskey
1 1/4 cups warm water -- very
 

Preparation / Directions:

The original recipe, whose source is lost, had Irish Cream instead of the nonfat milk and bourbon.
