1 tablespoon light mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
2 slices french bread
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- snipped
2 teaspoons grated parmessan cheese

Preparation / Directions:

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard. Spread onto one side of the bread slices. Sprinkle tops with parsley andparmesan cheese. Arrange bread slices, coated side up, on unheated rack of a boiler pan. Broil about 5 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes or till golden. Serve warm.
